School Counselor

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Baumgras and I have 10 years of experience in the education field. Previously, I taught elementary students for 6 years and was a school counselor both at the middle and high school levels. All of my experience took place in Las Vegas--my second home. 

I'm passionate about helping students achieve their highest potential through academic and career/college goals. When I’m not in my office, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, as well as exploring beautiful Tennessee.
